Tower built on Parkade
Why are they able to build a parking structure with a building on top and Glass House could not? It still bugs me that GH has condos on the 2nd floor with balconies over looking a backplane,, and the building could be 5 floors taller. Also,, parking structures never seem to be enclosed anymore,, I want to get into a warm car with no snow or frost. Hopefully my next car is electric,, so I want warmth for charging.
