Long time lurker.

Manitoba Clinic is privately owned.

Children's Hospital, like General, Women's, Psych Health, Rehab are all part of HSC. U of M campus and CancerCare Manitoba are independent.

Once new Manitoba Clinic is complete the plan is for demolition of old yellow building. There have been several announcements regarding a second CancerCare Manitoba building on this site with connection to existing building on McDermot. Very ambitious project.

The parking lot by Shoppers on McDermot and Sherbrook is apparently owned by Cancer care.

New diagnostic imaging / helipad tower progressing as is new Women's Hospital.

I imagine any new projects are very dependent on upcoming election.
