It's going to be like a Marcello's/Mercatino/prepared grocery on steroids. I know several local vendors that are going to have stands in there. Not sure if it's 100% local are what but it is definitely not just a food court. I can tell you there will be a locally-run taco stand. Sounds like it may also be licensed, and may even tie in with the LC. I've heard they've also "had talks" with the LGA about the feasibility of licensing the entire plaza. No word on where those talks have gone. Can you imagine getting a margarita to go and eating it in outside in the plaza with your fresh tacos.... oh my.
