I was walking by the Marlborough Hotel the other day wondering what its prospects are... it has the bones of a classic big city hotel with the big Skyview banquet room on top, but it has really taken on a very tired, down at the heels appearance over the last 20 years. With a solid top to bottom renovation, it could be a decent little earner given that it's just a stone's throw from Portage and Main as well as the SHED area.

Who owns this hotel? I'm assuming whoever it is is fine with leaving things in their current state, but it would be cool to see it get a makeover.
