That's awesome that they are going for the Platinum certification. I'm actually surprised I haven’t heard more about sustainable design with Austin. There is so much new construction going on and planned for the city, and its already well know as a city dedicated to wise urban and environmental planning. I wonder if any of the new high-rises like The Austonian or the Peli one (whatever its called, 5th and Congress or something) are incorporating sustainable design...
