The fifth floor condo on the north was sold last year. It was for sale for some time. Really beautiful condo but now I think the view is ruined. Or maybe the garage door opening kept him awake at nights. It's crazy what can ruin a place.
For me it's the people hanging out in the Best Western parking lot at 4 am.
