I'm not talking about Ring Road 2.0. I'm talking about the Saskatoon bypass. And yes, I mean the whole thing. I also have lived there from 2012-16 and pay provincial taxes, so don't try and say I don't have a voice here. (How much of it is actually in the city limits anyway?)
