Have you also learned that secret from the river; that there is no such thing as time? That the river is everywhere at the same time, at the source and at the mouth, at the waterfall, at the ferry, at the current, in the ocean and in the mountains.-Hermann Hesse

Whitewater Park Boulevard @Fairview Ave

This looks ambitious. The location is not the CWI lot.

More details on the TOK commercial website, dubbed the Whitewater and Main development. Boisedev has done some stories on the site a few years ago but it looks they decided to build up a lot more. Curious to see if it moves forward

this is EXACTLY the scale of development that should be taking place on the West and East sides of downtown.

hope it happens, along with the CWI proposal to add more density to that side of town.

i give this proposal six beers.

Sid's Garage SE Boise - Barber Station

This restaurant & bar is having a soft opening. Great location in Harris Ranch area. Cool patio with pond view, right off greenbelt.

With the area being an MX-5 (Height minimum of 4 stories), we will likely see more development of this size in this area of West DT.

This is great density and decent height, especially for the west end of downtown. I just wish developers would have a little more imagination in their design and not be so obviously all about profit. They're all rectangles (with 1 slight exception) of different heights in white and brown.

The west end has sooo much potential and continually disappoints. Word on the street is Subtext’s 27th and Fairview project is dead, Roundhouse is stalling on their pieces while they focus on what they own in the downtown core, and CWI is going to be coming back with some sad news about their immediate plans for their campus. All we need is one thing to pop off but everything fizzles out.
