Have to say thanks again to Koops for creating this thread and keeping the list updated - it's a great resource.
Etobicoke is no longer a stand alone suburb.

You're welcome.

Etobicoke is officially part of Toronto now... can't call it a suburb any more. Nice skyline for a former suburb too. Eau du Soleil will totally add to that.

Now that it's above ground, we need more regular updates there...

Technically, Etobicoke was an incorporated subdivision in the city of Metropolitan Toronto. It was overseen by Metro Hall with some authoritative powers on localized services. Technically, Mississauga isn't stand alone either; a major failure in Hurricane Hazel's career.

I would guess the building database wouldn't be much different than it is now. Toronto would be just listed as Metropolitan Toronto.

Thanks for drawing.....design is not that inspiring.

But the height will be substantial on Jasper Ave between downtown and the Pearl. Good Height infill.

Thanks guys... still waiting for pending drawings to be approved. And making more, like 4670 Assembly Way, and Clarke & Como Lake.
And the Ice District Tower II in Edmonton, I'm having a hard time finding a good render of the new design... all I keep seeing are the old ones, where it's tall and sleek. Can anyone post one for me please?

Infill? Except for what is currently U/C, it would be the tallest building in the city... lol

Took at look at your latest drawings. Wow. The detail and shadowing is spot on.

(Tall) infill that balances the height on Jasper Ave between the Pearl and downtown lol!

I see. You're saying a taller tower in the vastness between Pearl and downtown somehow ties things together? I guess a few have tried to do the same with Aura in Toronto.

Pearl is a schlocky design. The quality cladding makes up some of those deficiencies in the design. Emerald is easily the ugliest in this list. I really wish it was infill of around 15 floors.

No one ever said Aura was infill. Nice try though.

I don't recall Aura being called infill or filler, and that wasn't what was said actually. But I do remember you calling the 2 Carlton twins filler...

Thank you! I have lots of time now to devote to making drawings, so I've been adding details that I never tried to before.
