Forgot about that. So “47” storeys. Wouldn’t that make the final height closer to 150m as opposed to 140m then? Or rather 145m at the very least

Exactly, what the heck is going on or not going on? They started removing the old goose poop coloured panels a few months ago and then put the old facade back? The proposed new facade was going to really spruce up that corner.

I've been wondering the same thing. Did they stop work because of COVID? If so, to what extent? Scaffolding hasn't been up in months, and all the windows have been done, but the exterior panels haven't been done.

Ya, all they did was replace the windows and paneling with floor to ceiling windows.

Looks like a different type of beam that supports the hollowcore is being used on this next level. They have all been white up till now, this one looks to be black.

Overall the project seems to be chugging along. Balconies going in, hollow core moving along. The Earls space is being closed in I presume for winter.

Earls was given a move-in date of February 2021 so yes they're likely going to be pushing to close in the podium ASAP.

That looks great, thanks!

Looks like the crane will only have to go up a couple more times.

I wonder if the rumours are still true, that because they are having so many difficulties they are going to cap the building off at 21 storey's!

As you can tell, the 21st storey is simply an extremely tall storey
