Thanks for posting that, Wpgguy... That would be a great building to break up a large void of surface parking around the East Exchange. The design is much improved over the earlier iterations as well. I know no one likes the parking on the lower levels, but considering the relatively low prominence of the site, I could live with it.

So does UE have any tenants lined up for this thing?

This is magical. The proposal now looks much more unique and modern. It's going to create a nice street scene I believe.

Looks like a vessel!

Hopefully they will put some doors in so those people can get off the terraces before winter sets in.

I think this looks fantastic, kind of reminds me of the Manitoba theatre centre, it’s interesting and the red accents around the windows give it sort of a retro 80’s feel. Beautiful work. Like a giant pixelated concrete slug sprawling across the block. Would like to see it built.

Kind of a contemporary, deconstructed take on the Maersk HQ?

It definitely gives off a Scandinavian vibe...

I have mixed feelings about this one. It has a very retro look and without the red paint and mature trees it would even look brutalist. Fine for a location that is tucked away but not really something I would want to look at regularly.

MTC is kind of an inspiration for the aesthetic.

Nice. This looks like a high quality design. I like the staggered terraces and the size/amount of windows, which is something I often have an issue with the projects in Winnipeg compared to other Canadian cities.

Wow, that's a whole bunch of surface parking lot being gobbled up. I hope they find a major tenant so that this project goes ahead.

Is there still a parkade component to the project? looks like entrance/exit on the east and west sides?

I like it but yeah, those people could probably use a door or two before winter and all.

Yes there is, 188 interior stalls on lower level, and above grade level 1, 2 & 3.

Love the look of this. Curious about how/if parking has changed. If there is still parking on 3 levels, looks like that leaves almost no actual office space.
