What ended up happened to that old hotel proposal in the parking lot at St. Mary and Edmonton? Did it get offically canceled or does Lakeview still own that lot and have plans?

Considering the Lakeview "hotel" by the Convention Centre has been publicly proposed going to the 90s or further back I would consider the current state as more "on-hold" than "cancelled".
