You really have to wonder right. I think we will see it all sealed up but I doubt people living in it.

And I really wish someone in the know would explain why they had all those seismic issues all winter. Then the earth quake test last month. I have a feeling this is one of those builds like the one in San Francisco that started tilting lol. I think the only thing I can see that's a bonus is it's a steal structure so hopefully they can just add more steal. But if it's the old but upgraded piles under it. Then it might be an empty building with maybe a sky lounge lol

There are videos from the rainstorm the other day of water pouring all the way down the entire inside center of the elevator core straight to the bottom rapidly pooling in the main floor elevator lobby, as well as into finished suites along the envelope perimeter on floors as low as 15 and probably lower. Can’t fathom the breathtaking incompetence. And yeah almost winter and no roof, that is massively concerning.

For anyone who has Instagram, @300mainwinnipeg posted a story about how this is now the tallest residential structure in the world using Deltabeam.

Is that why it's taking so long, should they even be celebrating?

I mean, this is basically 6 years in the making at this point. What's another year to top it off, eh?

The image is hosted on Twitter, it is likely that OTA's network doesn't permit access to social media.

You're right. I can see it while at home but not at work.

There was a video I saw months ago of LED's being installed on the side of 360 Main. Anybody know what happened with that?

They did this 3 years ago, and it was only done for testing purposes.

I believe if we go back through the older pages of this thread, there might be a pic of it.

With all these problems in the past few months gotta think the site is cursed, or construction co. is inept.
