They could also bring in one of the Sikorsky Sky crane Helicopters like was used to lift the CBC digital transmission tower to the top of the Richardson Bldg a few years ago.

It usually requires a one day parking ban in the area (wind dependent) unlike the few days using a conventional crane will take for setup and tear down after the pick is completed.
