Here...this is what I posted 4 days ago....I shrank the photo now incase that was the issue Frank. The whole reason it was larger was because I wanted to show the residential glass a bit better.

On a bus at Six points, I noticed a uniquq glance of the Etobicoke waterfront skyline, and the tallest towers going up in Etobicoke are taller than the Jade project (http://skyscraperpage.com/cities/?buildingID=81054)
4. Eau du Soleil - Sky Tower (Toronto): 228.2m / 749ft...these towers are at least 440 feet in the air. Their presence is really growing.
10 York would be an interesting building if it were in another location. Since it's wedged between an elevated highway and its offramp, you can't really interact with it as a pedestrian except along its blunt edge (York). Also, the four storey podium it sits on is pretty lame and incongruous with the skyscraper portion, but none of this matters because, again, its pedestrian surroundings are more or less the worst in downtown Toronto, and the podium is hidden by the Gardiner.

I agree however, there's no more off ramp. The south side is completely exposed with enough room for street trees. I'm not a fan of the wedge's point either. A balcony was a poor choice.
