Sixty per cent of the space available between the two office buildings has been leased, Sinclair said, and a conditional deal with an undisclosed tenant would push the figure to 91 per cent if it concludes successfully.
OEB Breakfast Co., a popular Calgary restaurant, is expected to open in the lobby of the east tower this spring. Two other spaces for restaurants, including one on the building’s 13th floor, have yet to be leased.

Oooboy I wonder who the big tenant could be? Fingers crossed it’s Sask Health Authority or another new tenant from out of downtown. Take that North Prairie! Hopefully this encourages these local investors to pull it off again before the owners of the old Nutrien tower start renovations (if they’re not too sleepy to even be starting consideration for that). That old Nutrien building is an embarrassment in its current state, the owner of it should be ashamed that they let it get as bad as it is.
