In the top taskbar, the very right option (the one that says pano) is the mode you click on to get to the daily panorama.

Arthur Tower Crane

April 26, 2024 Arthur tower crane came down. South view shows Arthur in the skyline as it will look when completed. Marriott moving right along. Hotel Renegade opening public rooms in May, and hotel rooms in July. Pool lifted to 25th floor mid April.

Funny you mention this. I was in Portland for the week and for the first time ever went and walked their IKEA. Interesting and gigantic store.

The height for the hotel will be 180 ft, or the same height as the Wells Fargo Center.

height of future and proposed buildings:

ICCU tower: 199ft
Ovation: 277ft
The Boardwalk: 252ft
London: 235ft

i don't believe these are final heights, just the latest known.

I'd say it's likely at least two if not three of these projects don't happen at least as currently imagined.

I saw a post by Boisebro 2 months ago saying that the ICCU tower crane should be up soon, so I am wondering if anyone knows when it goes up?

Ovation apartments at 23 stories from 19 has been quiet since December 2023, but with all these positive changes from height to materials seems they plan to go ahead on this project. A mix-use post tension concrete building as is the Arthur apartments. There is nothing on https://hovdeproperties.com/ web site.
246 feet, 258 units ( 23 studios, 122 one bedroom, 97 two bedroom 16 three bedroom ), and 260 parking spaces.
Keep your fingers crossed.

This needs to go through. This is the most revitalizing project for east downtown that's proposed and will keep expanding the skyline. Additionally, this project could help kickstart others, such as the London and the Boardwalk, and could get more, taller, projects proposed and built. And as if the Arthur hasn't done anything. Since it has started construction, many projects have started construction or have been approved. In 10 years I'd say we will have a proper skyline for our size.

According to Wikipedia, the Boardwalk tower is under construction, can anybody confirm or deny that?

The Boardwalk phases 1 & 2 from the tower in rendering from Erstad architects.

https://www.erstadarchitects.com/por...lk-residences/ 18 story tower 2027 completion goal. Check out drone video of what the view would be from 260 feet.

Thanks. I rarely drive by there, and I haven't gone by in a couple of weeks. I just needed confirmation of it's status.

Assuming that the Boardwalk tower is still being planned, I know that the developer was waiting to complete the first phase before moving on. The spot has been used as a temporary parking lot. If it is moving forward then I imagine it'll start soon, especially with a 2026 completion deadline (though I don't know how accurate that is).

That’s my bad, I edited that, I meant the project as a whole is under construction, not the tower. They’re gonna wait with the tower until phase 1 and 2 are complete. Can’t wait until that tower pokes out of garden city, it’ll be a weird place for a tower but cool nonetheless.
