The wee Sally Ann building U/C at bottom-centre-right. Perfectly good waste of an area where taller buildings are allowed.

It's even worst than that. The Crystal is just under 100m, and that's with it's spire.

I remember when Rene-Levesque was a wasteland, and that the CCE was a HUGE deal. wow.

Not sure if this has been posted yet. This is the Doyle, more or less finished.

I noticed 2888 Bloor Street West (at Prince Edward, NW corner) is now under construction (or rather pile drivers are on site.) Interesting to see who the developer is and if it's rentals and complies with the 6 storey height limit recently enforced by the OMB.

Hilton Garden Inn currently under construction in Moncton:

Nothing major, but I think this is (and will be) an excellent example of infill construction. It will only be four floors, but will complement the height of the Dominion Public Building and the Avenir Centre to the south, and to the former YMCA Building to the north (currently the home of the Atlantic Ballet Theatre of Canada, and some professional offices).

A building does not have to be especially tall to have a major impact on the built form of a city street.

330 Richmond adding to the Richmond Canyon. It was supposed to be window wall but they changed it to slab which I think looks better for some reason.
