No way. The condo was dissolved. Gotta say height gained but, losing a little architectural value and a lot in diversity of housing.

In case of confusion, the midrise no longer fits the neighbourhood context here. I don't mind the tower proposal. It just looks like other towers down the street. The loft building was different not just to Roehampton but, Toronto as well.
