$0.75/sqft for strata fee? I remember going to the presale centre in 2021, and they advertised it at 0.45/sqft...

You can still see third party presale websites with that strata fee:

Those swimming pools must be EXPENSIVE to maintain

PPSF in Brentwood/Gilmore Place

Hi, I am looking at purchasing a condo unit in Brentwood for summer move-in. This is one option. What does everyone believe is the going rate for PPSF. I know it's not cheap but any insight would be appreciated.

My uncle lives in Tower 3 of City of Lougheed and it's an absolutely crapshoot.

They had to put notices in elevators begging people to stop throwing garbage out of their balconies.

Whoever jumps into that pool from a balcony will probably come out paralyzed.

Shifting of the crosswalk.

Does anyone know why there's a chunk of concrete here on the left? Is it for the bus stop so the road doesn't sink? I'll try to get a better picture tomorrow.

It’s for the bus stop, much stronger than asphalt that tends to distort with deep ruts with the hard braking and acceleration of the heavy buses.

Does anyone know if there's a plan for any kind of bus exchange (or even just a dedicated curb lane only for buses) planned here?

I'm pretty sure Translink's current policy is "no bus turnouts" if that's what you mean. Otherwise, this development is only graced by the 28 and the 129 (and I suppose the N9) so I don't think there's going to be any exchange here for the time being.

I still think Gilmore is the best option for a Purple Line exchange though!

Any updates on the move in date?
When was the initial proposed complete date for T1 and how many times(I think they push it by 3 months) has it been delayed?
