Broadwalk Burgers is opening their first MB location on Roblin in the Parkwest Mall. That is basically Roblin and the Perimeter. Not sure how soon but they have the sign up on the recently renovated CRU space. Parkwest underwent a fairly major renovation about a year ago to convert the very limited enclosed mall space near No Frills into exterior accessible spaces. This would be one of those spaces. It also looks like the generic insurance place moved into one of the four units to free up a larger space for a Dollarama.

Confirmed it is open with an in person visit. A co-worker desperately wanted to go.

Early verdict is that the food was good and it is definitely a contender for the top food by an RBI brand. Sorry Tims and BK, you guys are slacking.

I still enjoy the quality of submarine sandwiches from Mr. Sub. Love the baguette-style bread especially. Plus it's a Canadian company, which makes it even better.

They're hard to find. My best friend and I drive from Fort Garry to Garden City Shopping Centre sometimes just to go to that Mr. Sub (his idea not mine lol).

Lol, no worries there, I'm given to drive all over town in search of good food as well.

I think if I had to vote on another sub sandwich place coming to town, I'd go Jimmy John's or Potbelly.

Does anyone have any leads on the now-vacated Harrison’s Coffee on Princess? Right after they left I saw people working inside, and there’s some type of mural being painted on the back wall, but I couldn’t quite make out what it might be. I live in close proximity and miss having a nice coffee shop nearby, so it would be nice to have something else in that spot.

nope but MA's or Parlour are not too far away if you still want to walk a bit.
