At least you never have to shop for shovels or get carried away and think about snowblowers.

Just took a look through Kijiji, and there seem to be a lot of units from River Landing No.1 for sale. Lots of people speculatively bought and now all trying to sell at the same time? I counted 17 units +/-

Yikes!! I expected some spec resales to be part of the initial sales, but 17 units seems like a lot!

I also wonder how Highpointe sales went....they seem to running a lot of "promo events" at their sales trailer, which leaves me to believe they need more sales to proceed??

Went to Persephone production of ELF last night (btw....fantastic show...stood up to the Will Ferrell movie!!!)...and the East Tower had its red and green LED lights lit up on the entire East side of building.

My verdict is still out on whether I actually like it or not, but my wife thought it was super cool and added some more interest to downtown Saskatoon skyline at night.

Anyone else seen it and your thoughts? Maybe someone can get a pic posted of it.

The cam photo above updates automatically! I'll try my best to get out there today, but definitely tomorrow with some closer shots

Oh ok I didn't realize that haha. Thanks for clearing that up. I guess I look at this thread about the same time every day so it looked the same for a few there. I was hoping it was a live video feed, not just stills.

Saskatchewan's tallest building rises from the ground at River Landing

Sinclair said tenants are starting to move into the 13-storey tower, which has added some colour to downtown Saskatoon with its decorative lights. The RBC logo has also been affixed to the side of the tower.

Ernst & Young offices are expected to open on Jan. 15, Sinclair added.

Four floors of office space are remaining in the completed office tower and five floors are still available in Nutrien Tower, he said.

“Nutrien has now recently expanded to nine full floors to accommodate projected new growth in their company,” Sinclair said. “Expansion demonstrates continued confidence in Saskatchewan.”

Some cool pics on Instagram showing the rising from different angles, distances and times of day but I'm not sure of the protocol to post them. #yxe or #saskatoon for those interested.
The Nasser's have done a great service to Saskatoon. I'm sure most of us would have long ago given up from the countless meetings they've had to attend and process to get this development to the level of success they've achieved with it. Kudos to the Nasser Family, and all the best to them!

I was trying to find some info on the East (RBC) and North (Nutrien) office towers but can't really find anything current or useful online. Triovest, Colliers, and ICR don't seem to have anything that I can easily find. Google didn't help. Is anyone marketing these offices? I was curious about floor plans and space still available for lease. If I wanted to rent some office space (which I don't) who would I contact?
