Great pictures - thanks.

In my opinion, I would like to see something tall (400+ ft) built away from Portage and Main. I have expressed my feelings towards being tired of seeing the focus of Winnipeg's skyline shots centred around the 4 buildings at P&M. Now I understand this will change a bit when 300 Main is built giving us a slightly taller peak, but I would love to see some height....I guess where Sky City were to go or along Donald or south Main.

Construction should start soon on those vacant lots at The Forks, the development is called Railside https://www.railsideattheforks.com/

To be fair though the left third+ is not downtown.

I think we should (and naturally will) focus on building up Main, Graham, and Portage. In that order. Smith/Donald would be second to those three.

We're never going to have all of DT filled with 20+ storey towers, so lets focus on the main streets and leave the quieter streets to smaller development. Broadway is better suited to maybe max 10 storeys at this point. Would rather see some consistency form within streets than the current patchwork of every block having one tall building.

Would really love to see better streetscaping on this block in front of RRC here – some planting beds and trees. For such an amazing building it feels so "cold" and a little desolate walking along it.
