8th Street - smaller building rising:

About a floor a week clip now after reaching the podium set back:

Could see topping out around 4th July at this pace.

the amount of work going on downtown is impressive, lots of residential units popping up across town, hopefully this will breathe some life into the post 5pm time frame as opposed to everyone packing into the riverfront. By the way what are they doing at the DuPont Hotel, seems to be a lot of work going on in the upper floors?

I'm not sure about the DuPont Hotel - maybe they are converting more rooms to apartments (https://101dupontplace.com/) or building renovations.

There's tons of work going on at the Nemours and Brandywine Buildings next door for BPG's "Market West" and The Standard" apartment conversions though--maybe you saw that construction?

There's a nice map with links here to all of the projects/buildings involved:

yup, my bad, you're correct. I was sitting at Tonic the other day having lunch watching the construction elevator go up & down thinking it was the DuPont but it was the building directly behind it (from Market Street).
