Great shot!

Still disappointed by the cheap-looking cladding on the back of the GL, but it's still OK. Much better looking than what was there before.

The commercial space at the corner of Sackville and Barrington is now leased! It will be a 3000sf restaurant opening in October and will be called 'Mera Cafe & Bar'. Will be open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Hopefully this helps the area gain some more leasing momentum.
