I've integrated the 2 lists, and only a few were new and have no drawing... give me a bit of time for them.

Thanks you very much! And don’t worry about taking your time.

Just for reference sake this is the form for the 161m version of the Stack. Still bothers me that it was reduced by 7 metres for no good reason but it will still have a good impact on the Vancouver CBD

Metro, I'll give ya $20 to FOI them!
I have been able to dig out all of Coquitlam’s 150m + projects, but Burnaby is a black hole.

If the Sears or any similar tall projects move forward without any official heights I just may take you up on that offer. I am thinking of actually going to sale centers this summer if I make my way to Van and directly asking people for any diagrams / info. It worked once before for the Station Square project (though that was before all the redesigns So those numbers are all out of date now except for tower 1 I believe, which FYI is 119m)

Also just want to ask, I have seen 163 metres for 4670 Assembly Way for a long time and it has made its way to a few sites, was that just an estimate made on here or is that an official height?

It's only an estimate on my list... still waiting for an official source.

Thanks, I think your estimate has gone official, haha!

As for official heights, we just found out today that Concord Sears in Metrotown is 219.5. Making it the new tallest in Metro-Van, beating out Gilmore Place’s tallest tower which is 214.8.

A render:

Metrotown is the best place for Burnaby’s tallest tower given the fact that it sits on a ridge.

Glad to hear. What's the source for that number? So I can add it to the diagram...

It was a Vancouver Sun article, the info wasn't suppose to go public, it leaked from Concord. I asked a second independent source about this who has connections to concord and confirmed it. It is the best we have now. Though second source said 727 feet, which is 220.4 m.

I'm sure at this early stage in design height is fluctuating so there is no official height until the project is formally proposed.

That’s what I thought.

I hope that they clearly say the height when it is formally proposed. Find it so bizarre how difficult Gilmore Station has made their heights to track down (705 feet for the tallest, all others still a mystery).

Anyways, 1059-1075 Nelson was approved by the UDP.

Would be great if a model could be added on the Vancouver diagram

Thanks for the updates... how many floors are there now on those taller towers?

The List on the OP has been updated, and includes 318 towers this time, a large jump from last update. Lots of new tall towers being proposed lately.

Highline went from 48 to 53 floors (5 new floors in the lower section)

601 Beach Crescent is 56 floors.
