Yes, 360 looks sexy, better than ever. Visitors and former Winnipeggers ask me if it is shiny new tower? lol
If all goes to plan, it will look great and be 42 floors when u include the rooftop levels likely that have mechanical.

There is a new render on the 300 Twitter feed, but I can’t figure out how to get the image location on an iPad

No one with a nice car would ever park in downtown Winnipeg anyway, so no issues.

I remember a long walk back to my car from a Disturbed concert at the Burt, and every car on my way had a window smashed. Parking on Elgin was't a bad idea I guess.

Last time I parked in downtown Winnipeg.

Negative but true.

Only time I've ever had my cars smashed or broken into was in residential neighbourhoods (StVital, Southdale, Windsor Park, Island Lakes, Tcona). I've worked downtown for 19 years in various parts and never had anything other than cleaning garbage in my space (waterfront) & scratches & dents left on my car (unknown). I've had people jump into my car in the North End & West End (3 times) but nothing downtown.

It goes without saying, but I can't wait to see 300 Main's skyline impact. If this Skip the Dishes plan at The Forks gets off the ground, it will also help to freshen up those P&M views a little.

Such beautiful photos. I love the photos of the hydro building. Saw the building in action a while back as I was going down portage. All the windows changed and it was phenomenal to see. Are there any other buildings in Canada like this? Why does it seem that it’s ignored on the national architecture stage? It’s an engineering marvel.
