walking on park south i admired the jaunty angles and all, but otherwise didn't really think much about this one until i caught the morning view below, which really sold me on it. now that is how you show off on a manhattan side street! :tup:

Occupancy will be in the fall for this tower.

Emporis lists this as complete but the CTBUH states sometime in 2015. Interior work is most likely occurring for now. September/October should see tenants moving in.
