Are you talking about Atelier I at 635 W 42nd, and
Atelier II at 605 W 42nd?
But this is a different site. It's where that Mercedes dealership is, on 11th Ave, like a block or two north of the Javits. Monian was reported to be selling 605 W 42nd a while ago, haven't heard anything since then though.
