I live in Hagerstown, Maryland... its almost like we have tri-cities...
Metro Pop.- 260,000

Hagerstown, MD (pop.- 40,000 city; 120,000 urban)


Martinsburg, WV (pop.- 18,000 city; 66,000 urban)


AND

Chambersburg, PA (pop.- 20,000 city; ~100,000 urban)
