Interestingly, Florida attracts a lot less out-of-state students than Pennsylvania does... for example... but an amazingly small amount of Floridians go out-of-state for school
out-of-staters coming to FL: 18k
FLers going out-of-state: 9k
out-of-staters coming to PA: 27k
PAers going out-of-state: 14k
