As a far as "where's everybody"? Don't use my pictures as a gauge. I usually avoid people in my photography and it was a Sunday morning when I was walking around the residential neighborhoods. But, there were a lot of people in downtown Saturday night, late into the night which surprised me, and again Sunday afternoon. So, when most downtowns are devoid of people on weekends, it was really impressive that Charlotte stays quite active with people.
