I'm hoping that the new convention center in Denver will be in there. Rubberband stream tool would be cool. Trolleys... Triangular buildings...

Oh and just for AJ I want NLMOC in there

I whant to see wider streets and avenues, more stadiums like soccer stadium, an olimpic stadium, stuf like that and supermarkets that produce money, and more regions and bigger zones.

That would be a 6x9 plopable... high crime rate and heavy polution... then if you like you make another version that would appear if you didn't have right mix of police and jobs in the area.

NOB would be cool. I was thinking it would be cool to have a uranium enrichment plant.

That way I could fly the in game Apache and blow it up.

A NORAD might be cool too.

Talltower - if you are really looking for ideas, i really would like to see smaller medium density housing(2-8 stories) with ground floor retail.

Also some larger high density buildings with built in subway stations.
