Great photos mate - I'm happy you like it here and it's always a joy to see one's city through another person's lens

Your outdated smartphone takes great pictures!

These pictures ooze civilization, permanence, liveliness...

That first picture on this page could pass for parts of Québec...and in general it looks somewhat gritty/scruffy for a Nordic city although I doubt that there are any really unsafe neighborhoods like in the US.

copenhagen certainly feels pretty safe, but it's an old city so it has that lived-in kind of look in a lot of places. it also has a lot of brick construction, giving it a sort of liverpool/hamburg/glasgow feel.

i was just biking around nørrebro today... there are so many interesting little streets. i'll probably be doing another thread soon.

i see what you mean about quebec... this area along the jardin des gouverneurs has a similar feel to that part of copenhagen.

Copenhagen's hot...except in winter...and summer. But it's still hot in a way. The girls are hot. The dudes, too...if you're in to that. I'm not but others are, like, totally. Great city!

Looks like a place with a lot of frightening statues.

Well, that and it looks amazing as well.
