This season, so far, has been Boise's most snowy winter in years.

The "inches" of snow keep coming, Boise is getting hammered today. Sometimes harder than at other times

My flight from Seattle to Boise was cancelled this morning because of bad weather in both cities, they said Boise was experiencing "almost blizzard like conditions". This has been quite the winter for us in the Northwest.

Nice shots

Cute story about this bridge. My Mom's friend lives over that way and when going into town one morning there was a herd of deer crossing the bridge and the women driving in front of him was getting impatient waiting so she started to honk her horn. The deer freaked out and a good number jumped.

Lovely I know.

As I tried to make sense of that reflection, I found I could not look away. His irises were brown, clouding into orange with brighter flecks around his pupils. Then it became as important not to look as to look, I feared I would be lost in rush of bronze motes."

Our new proposed tallest, currently called Boise Place,

is still awaiting to be built, the project is tied up with legal issues for the time being but the new developer is still full of promises and hope
But, there are other downtown projects currently under construction and more buildings that are to start construction this year. Here are a some pics I took a few weeks ago of The Aspen which will be condos and lofts. This is a rendering from the website www.theaspen.net
