Milwaukee should be the model for Buffalo... they're basically twins... some of the new low-rise development there looks incredible

I have always had a lot of love for Milwaukee. I didn't know where this love came from, but it has alway been there.
This thread helped me remember.

This pic reminds me of a small Chicago, or a large Mobile before the RSA tower was built.

Milwaukee!! Great pictures. Lived in that city for a while, Eastside. One of the great secrets. This city screams potential and is doing it under the radar. Nice.

Gorgeous!

It's amazing how close the University Club Tower and Kilbourn Tower are - just 25 feet apart above the 2nd floor according to Emporis.

A drill I never tire of. All the low-rise condos along the river does look great.

. . . seriously. . . you make Milwaukee look good. . . probably one of the more under-rated cities here in the U.S.

^ summerfest is kinda like a big giant vacuum that sucks up all activity from around town. try visiting on a non-summer festival weekend evening and you'll experience a different downtown milwaukee.

anyway, thanks for these amazing pics! milwaukee has fantastic "urban bones" as these shots so aptly demonstrate.
