Here is my proposal commemorating USA gaining independence in 1776

Name:
US Independence Tower

Location:
Miami, Florida, United States

Construction:
2015-2017

Use:
Mixed

Height:
1,776 ft. to antenna/spire
1,400 ft. to roof

Floor Count:
70 floors

Floor Area:
3,300,000 sq. ft.

The spire is the signature part of the building. It will be a world famous spire.
The building is a 13-sided figure, or triskaidecagon for the 13 colonies.

There is a world famous cafe, a restraunt, and observation deck at the very top level.

Thirteen 50 ft. US flags surround the bottom of the building in memory of the 13 colonies.

These components were added as a benchmark for the building's size only.

A view above:

Thanks austin.

I wish this competition were more popular like the deco one. It seems kind of dead.

I still feel mine is the best. I mean come on, a 100 floor building in the shape of a flagpole. What can beat that?

I was thinking that the tower would only have maybe 3 or 4 floors but the small building opposite of the tower would be an contemporary art museum with 12 floors

OK..here's one I did. I'll post more renderings later...(they're taking too long!)

Name:Torre Mexico I
Height: 1821'
Location: Mexico City - Santa Fe area
Floor Count: ~144 floors
Usage: Hotel, Condos, and Offices (divided by the "tubes" inside the building") Lots of greenspace included.(every 8-9 floors)

this one got chopped off for some reason...but it took so long to load I'll still put it up:
