I know what they look like! (on an transit forum). Just seeing how they look in the winter

I know I'm biased but boy are the prairies beautiful. I don't know how anyone could be against living here because it's "too flat". I will accept "too cold" however (this year doesn't count).

Nope. That is what every other place on the planet is for. I agree with djforsberg. Our landscape is beautiful just the way it is. If there is one thing I would change it is an exchange of farmland for natural prairies, that would be gorgeous.

The hills that we do have are pretty gorgeous though. Here's the Pembina Valley Provincial Park in Southern Manitoba.
