Although the exact height could not be found, emporis lists the other Foundry buildings (which are identical in size) between 142- 145 ft. high. That is where I got that number from.

Some pictures I got earlier today of the construction site:

Thanks for the update! I used to work in FSIV and would have had a perfect view of this. Am I seeing this correctly and the old Club NV/Goat Hill Pizza is gone?

PS: I never really thought of these as highrises, but they fit SSP's guideline so I'm glad you added it.

Pretty sure GoatHill is still there... on the other side of the USF billboard. That building brings back memories of "Club Faith" waaaaay back in the day!

Edit: I think you are right... the 2 story green warehouse building is gone

I remember reading awhile back that Tishman bought it to expand the footprint of FSIII, so I'm not surprised. I'm glad the next two up the block are staying though. I always liked those little twin buildings.

I think one of them is a medical cannabis dispensary.
Ahh, the city!

Yep, the previous owners bought the neighboring building back in 2007:

Quote:
Wilson Meany Sullivan has snapped up 525 Howard St., a single-story, 10,000-square-foot structure that functions as a Goat Hill Pizza by day and Club NV, a swanky club, by night. The site is adjacent to Wilson Meany Sullivan's proposed LEED Gold building development, Foundry Square III. The purchase will give Wilson Meany Sullivan additional flexibility in its design and development of the Foundry Square III project.

Glad to see all four corners finally being developed into one 'campus'. A part of me wishes though that they made at least one of the towers significantly taller to give it more identity/density, especially given its location.

The one advantage of the shorter buildings is that it will allow a lot more southern sunlight to hit the future transbay terminal rooftop park. Anything taller might cast a shadow.

also, I thought I remembered reading somewhere that the idea is that Howard not have hi-rises on it, in order to serve as a trough in the skyline (as seen from east or west) that would help accentuate the natural rise of (the remnant of) Rincon Hill

Howard is going to have some highrises on it with 222 Second and 524 Howard, plus other sites that are in the process of being up-zoned to 700' and 750'. Perhaps the idea is for it not to be a full-on canyon from one end to the other?

Walked by on Tuesday. They're still pushing dirt around:

I couldn't see any signs of retaining walls or other more intense excavation so far.

i think the 4th and final building should be a highrise.... atleast 20 floors it would complement the whole complex really nice.

This is the fourth and final building. II and IV were built first, followed by I and now III.

now things look a little different... from the SW corner, this must be the ramp down into the parking:

... and the 'hole' has mostly been filled in and is about level with the street (looking north from the SE corner):
