These buildings you are referring to form the new 14th Street building wall. There is also a 17-story Embassy Suits (with 402 hotel rooms) under construction along here, between the Hyatt and Spire buildings (barely tall enough to see it's roof in these photos). On the right side of the photo, the new towers from left to right are:
Left: Tall one with the spire is Four Seasons Hotel & Residences (45-stories) is mixed-use, bottom half hotel, top half residences. I believe it's around 250 hotel and 175 residential, but I can't remember for sure on exact numbers.
Middle: Spire is the middle new tower (41-stories) with blue-green glass and it has about 525 residential units priced from $225,000 on up to $800,000 with most below $500,000.
Right: Hyatt Regency Convention Center Hotel is the shorter one (38-stories) far right with the small crown/spire structure has 550 hotel rooms.
