Alexan will be 22 stories tall

I was not able to find the height of the Alexan, though several sources say that it will be 22 stories tall. A project manager told me that about the minimum floor plate thickness would be 7 inches. The [8,9]ft means an interval of 8ft to 9ft including the endpoints for the floors above the first floor which I estimated at 12ft after looking at the renderings and comparing it to other buildings.

So I would estimate a height of

12 ft + 7/12 ft floor_plate + 21 floors*([8,9]ft + 7/12 ft floor_plate)=

range of 192.8 ft to 213 ft
