Well, the one thing the state does right is that when a new building starts, they don't mess around. Good to see the crane already up and growing too.

True!

Maybe two, three or four more cranes for the Sacramento skyline before the end of the year??

Next time your up there an entire pano of DT Sacramento would be appreciated.

The west end of Capitol Mall will look incredible, when 301, 621 and 500 CM are all complete..

(601 CM would be icing on the cake, but I wont hold my breath for Aura)...

I work for the Steel Fabricator. I am the Project Manager for both 621 Capitol Mall and CalSTRS. I manage the detailing, fabrication, and in some cases the erection.

Cool. I knew you must be working closely with the projects from the picture you got inside the Woodland plant. Thanks for all the views and info.

I'm trying to figure out what this thing will look like in the skyline when completed. Will it be as tall as the waterslide building?

^^^^It'll be 300 ft tall. That's about 17 ft shorter than the Sheraton Grand Tower

I wish it was 300' tall... it's final height will be 277', a little taller than the Emerald Tower at 300CM.
