Don't worry about it.

And what do you mean about the "follow me" on the bridge?

Oh, yeah there are cables (very slim), but there are cables, you just got to look closely.

Good Night Brandenburg..........

Okay, one more for tonight. This is Brandenburg at 11:00pm.

You will also notice the AON Center (black and white building), which was inspired by the AON center in LA. They may look similar, but trust me there not. The AON Center was built in 1975 as the Charles Schwyn Investments Regional HQ, but then AON moved in in 2000. The building at 90 floors was the tallest in the city for 10 years until 1985 when the Twins of the BIBC opened at 120 floors.

Good night from Brandenburg................

I'm not the least bit tired, so I did some work on some art-deco buildings of the city. I'll give an update of them tomorrow, including a pic of Brandenburg in the 1930's.

Well you post your city here so we have a right to give opinions.

If I just said nice everytime you post an update, I'm sure that would be no fun.

Ok, Patrick, ok, I know you all can have your opinins. I never said you couldn't. I just think some of you take it too seriously sometimes.

Thats my opinion.

Dac, I love this city so far. It is an improvement over Hutchingson. It seems you have put more effort into each building as opposed to making a bunch of random ones to fill in space (that is just my own assumption of Hutchingson). The bridge is outstanding. The AON Center is superb! Yes, it is similar to LA's, but the owners often make thier buildings look similar. Bank of America has a similar style in their towers, off the top of my head, in Houston and Orlando they are similar. Don't worry about that at all.

As for the WTC look alike, it's your decision to have it or not, but in my opinion, it's just too typical to have it. seems like i'm looking at the same look alike WTC from any other city that's done it, even though it's not the same, if that makes sense.

Anyways, I love Brandenburg overall. Nice job! Cool name. Good location.

Ok, how about a small morning update.

This is a shot I took (prior to putting a lot of the buildings up), of the 15,000,000 Ritz-Carlton Penthouse. The Penthouse is two floors, with an outdoor pool, spa, patio, garden, and many more indoor amenaties. This Penthous is in the heart of the Financial District with view of Brandenberg Bay, The Vanderbuilt Crossing, The BIBC (right next door), and the rest of the skyline.

When completed in 2003 it was purchased by stock guru Cornelious Chamberlin from New York. When he's not in his penthouse in Manhattan, Dubai, his Mansion in the Hamptons or Tuscany, Italy, he resides here for the pleasure of the city without having to work. Believe it or not, he only visits this penthouse 2 weeks out of the year.

Be sure the expect a larger update this afternoon.
Enjoy!
