Beautiful! I wish I could use Kekythea, but all of my faces are backwards, so I can't. And reversing them would take the rest of my life to do, as reversing just my one tallest building took me a good hour or so.

why doesn't SketchUp allow an option for reversing all blue faces to white!?
i suppose the program isn't smart enough to know what is the outside or inside of something you make i guess...?

I dunno , but i got a feeling you can change 'face me components ' or something , like any faces that are visable from the current view perhaps ???
because they cant really expect you to have to change all the faces that go the blueish colour

I'm not sure, but the least they could do is allow you to select as many faces as you want and then choose reverse faces. Right now only one at a time can be done.

That would be nice

Hi all , my city was giving me the shits ,copying the the terain of Sydney was also driving me nuts so i deleted them both

although i exported my favorite buildings first and they will go into a new city

Here is the last shot i took of the city (which turned out crap)




And this is a hint of whats to come in the new one

You can do that. That's not the problem. The problem is that the textures don't stay when you flip the faces, so I'd have to re-texturize every single face in the city. That could prove to be time consuming.

oops i reserected the thread ,i need austins ex-mayor to come and kill it for good

thanks fox thats how it goes , but to be honest i've been goofing around and putting little effort in to them , i will make up for it
