If you mean the train line to the airport, then, yes.
It's visible around the Tsing Yi station if I remember correctly.

4 = sei ... wich also means death or dead
8 = bat = luck or something like that
That's y IFC2 got 88 floors

Seems that it's getting more popular to use this kind of construction method. Not only Nina Tower looks like IFC - AIG tower looks like that too.

2ifc floor steel frame definitely rise faster because they make the floor later.
Nina tower's construction method is different. The floor has to be completely finished before it would rise.
