It's almost, dare I say, the beginning of a street-wall!

innov8, these two shots might be some of the best shots of Sactown that I've ever seen. These should be published somewhere. Bravo!!

It is a beautiful structure. Sharp looking lobby.

I like how the clouds come out behind the building. I am referring to the the photo looking straight up the glass lip; first photo.

Those are some great pictures. Isn't that space at the top planned as a restaurant?

Thanks guys

I don't think a restaurant is going to happen. The developer had hoped to
lure a restaurant to the top floor and even reduced the cost to rent per
square foot to do so, but it doe's not look like anyone has shown serious interest.

Beautiful pics as always! One thing I miss about living up there was driving to Sac from Davis in the mornings and seeing the Sierra covered in snow in the winter.

Great shots Mike! Love the pics of the Sierra Nevadas and downtown; it puts our elevation of 25 feet above sea level into perspective.

Wow -- what a difference the 3 new towers has made to the skyline since 2006; sadly, it will probably be a quite a while before we see any more changes to the skyline again.

I'd say this is a better shot of 621 CM.

Big thanks to all

Well she's open and now being enjoyed by all.

A big "Thank You" to each and everyone of you who viewed, photographed, and offered your unique commentary over the course of construction of 500 Capitol Mall. This site has been an most unique "soup to nuts" chronicle of the construction of a great Sacramento building.

All the best,

FR

Love that shot from Raley, innov8. Looks like a perfect day (that is, if the River Cats won).
