Cawthra Park in Toronto's Gay Village was undergoing a redesign and opened just in time for Pride to great results. The paving stones are gorgeous and the LED lights add a colourful, vibrant touch; and the way the park urbanely meets the street before receding into the greener areas at the rear is at just the right scale.
