Great! Toronto in the summer can't really be beat.

These pictures are slightly bigger than my monitor can handle, though.

Great set. I especially love the contrast of lighting effects and angles captured from different parts of the day.

Great set of photos - raw and dirty suits Toronto. Love the frequent use of the zoom lens compression.

Love these pics. And love, love, love the new streetcars. I don't feel any nostalgia for the ones they're replacing. I never liked how high they were off the ground or that big gaping opening at the back.

Where's that dreamy laneway about ten pics in from the top?

Thanks for all the comments! I'm impressed if they've actually inspired a few new visitors.

That's Croft Street, near Bathurst & College.

Probably the best example of (mostly modern) laneway housing in the city. An uncle of mine lived in one of the places in the foreground until recently m- bought it for dirt cheap in the 90s, then made a cool couple million when he retired and moved out to Vancouver Island. Really unique home though.

And that's the charming Percy Street in the east end.

Oh wow - not sure how I missed this one. Easily one of the best Toronto threads posted on SSP, and completely encapsulates how I view the city. Managed to capture a lot of places I am at regularly!
