It goes without saying, but I am hoping against all hope that all of this effort in bringing in faculty, students, facilities, and attention really plays out. The University is in a serious state of debt (not yet to the point that it cannot pay) and has an endowment that pales in comparison to its peers.
Now that UA has reached its growth potential, it realllllllly needs to focus on 1) research, 2) student retainment, and 3) growing within its own physical bounds.
