about 10 years ago, some friends and I were walking from the Jefferson Park El station to the Admiral Theatre to see some naked girls, when out of nowhere a carload of assholes threw a bunch of eggs at us. That's my Jefferson Park memory.

Thanks for the pics Cbautz. It does look like a cold day in Chicago... couple more winters of snow and salt and the body of this van is going to come flying off the frame on the kennedy expy.

Good stuff! I like the transit shots, and the residential area looks pretty nice, probably very pleasant in summer.

Non natives only.

I'm glad they put a photo of this building on the sign... in case someone interested in office space forgot what the building behind the sign looks like

The multi-unit buildings are new. So not spot zoning, just a hold out.

Kind of weird to see new office space within city limits but outside the central business district. Can this turn into a trend?

Well its not a corporate HQ, but there is a lot of demand for office outside the CBD. I mean dentists, doctors, random small companies, and all that jazz need places too.

That's what the sand+salt storage buildings in Maine look like.

I haven't been up that way in a while, I didn't know the business district along Milwaukee was suffering so badly. They need some increased residential density, stat.
